WAKE UP AND FLOW VINYASA YOGA

Teacher: Cassandra Vincelette

Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes.

Qi Gong for Health

Teacher: Sue Arambel

Qi Gong translates to “the work or practice of building and balancing your energy”. Using movement
and breathwork, the goal is to bring into harmony the mind and body to allow for optimal health. This
ancient practice can be done at all levels of fitness and the depth of the work will keep you coming back
for more. (Similar to Yoga but done only standing or sitting – no floor work)

Mat Pilates

Teacher: Emily Hunt

This STOTT Pilates matwork class focuses on core stability, neutral alignment and breathing all while helping to restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self confidence. This class strives to promote a balanced, aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.

Meditation and Mobility (Starting October 5th, 2023

Come and wind down for the evening with Ashley and Daniel in this new class! Each class will consist of mobilizing exercises, stretches, mindful movement and meditation techniques. This class will help you to become a better, more balanced individual through training your body and your mind.
