Kolbi McKenzie

I was born and raised a Wyomingite. I love being in the sun but also love hanging out, having coffee and enjoying the solitude of my home. I have worked in the medical field for over 25 years in the areas of Gynecology, Emergency Medicine and Hospice where I was certified in Grief/ Bereavement Education. I have found my calling in the wellness world with an infuses on Grief Education, Centering Healthcare and Mindful Meditation. I believe that whole body wellness is more than just exercise, it is practicing mindfulness and having a peaceful soul. I studied health care administration at Bryan and Stratton University. I am currently studying Foot Zoning, reflexology, and Muscle Testing at Enlighten Academy. I hope to be a “Life Long” learner and hope to see you all working on your own wellness at Elements Wellness Center.

Carol Iverson

Carol Iverson was born in NYC, raised on Long Island, NY.  She got her engineering degree from Duke University in North Carolina, worked briefly for Newport News Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Company in Virginia before moving to Wyoming where she worked for PacifiCorp’s Dave Johnston and Jim Bridger power plants for a little over 30 years as a project engineer.  Carol was never a big fan of conventional medicine and so was on the look-out for alternatives whenever health issues came around.

Carol and her husband had a cat who developed asthma.  Not knowing any other choices, her cat was treated with steroids (the conventional treatment).  In time, the steroids compromised the cat’s pancreas leading to diabetes. When the cat’s diabetes could not be brought into control with conventional treatment, Carol did some research and learned cats were obligate carnivores meaning, they are meant to only eat meat.  She and her husband switched the cat to an all meat, raw meat diet. Within 2 months the diabetes was gone and the asthma was in remission.

Also during this time, Carol experienced a stroke as a complication from then undiagnosed atrial fibrillation; which thrust her into the conventional medical system.  The experience was most unpleasant. Fortunately, she came through the experience mostly unscathed; which she believed was a gift to be made use of. Upon reflecting on her experience and after seeing the success in treating her cat, Carol wanted to learn more about treating human conditions with diet.  So she went back to school and completed her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. She is now ready to help others find their path and explore their options in their healing journeys.

Alyssa Bennet

My name is Alyssa Bennett, I am a Master Aesthetician. I graduated from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics 4 years ago. I specialize now in permanent cosmetics, lashes, facials, and waxing. I am pursuing my career to become a licensed paramedical skin therapist in the up coming year. I got into this career because I want to make all my clients feel beautiful from the inside out, I struggled with cycstic acne for a very long time, I still have flare ups, and I know how hard it can be to deal with the appearance of yourself every day if you are unhappy. My Esthetician gave my confidence, a new outlook on life, and educated me on so much, and I hope I can do that for someone else too!

kiera Mignerey

I was born and raised in Rock Springs where I am also raising my three beautiful girls while married my best friend!! I was a stay at home mom for 10 years! I took a leap and threw myself back into school and finished my yoga certification in 2018 from Expert Rating Global, my TRX certification in 2018, and also obtained my kinesiology certification in 2020. I am currently working on pregnancy based yoga programs, and I have been teaching with Elements since they opened. I am passionate about fitness and have always been involved in athletics all my life, that's why yoga was such an easy choice for me to pursue. I am always looking forward to working with new clients/seasoned clients and helping them push themselves to be better!

Cassandra Vincelette

I have been a practitioner of yoga for over 10 years and received my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2019. As an avid trail/mountain runner who enjoys taking on the occasional ultramarathon, yoga has helped me prevent injuries. It has also been crucial in helping me maintain positive mental health and handle the stresses that come with being a School Counselor. I enjoy incorporating yoga philosophy into my classes with a focus on alignment. I believe yoga is about healing and transformation. Yoga changes you which in turn changes your life.

My personal goal is to finish my yoga training and offer beginners classes for all those who are looking to introduce yoga into their lives . I look forward to meeting you!

KENA Wolf

My name is Kena Wolf, though I often dance under the name Cyra (meaning Sun).  I have been belly dancing for almost 15 years.  I started with a troupe in Rapid City, SD that taught with an emphasis in Egyptian and Cabaret styles of dancing.  We also spent time learning a Gypsy/Spanish fusion.  I’ve recently started incorporating more tribal fusion into my performances. It has a strong, snakey feel.  I include props such as zills, veil, cane and Isis wings in some dances.  I am slowly learning to dance with a sword as well.  I love the feeling of strength and sensuality provided when sword dancing.

Aside from learning with my troupe in South Dakota, I also trained with famous dancers such as Rachel Brice in Golden, Colorado and Black V tribal from Florida.

I am slowly building a troupe here, called Red Desert Rapture.  Tracie Soller and I have performed for International Days and Farmers Market.  I look forward to performing more soon!

I dance because it makes me feel strong and healthy.  I love that I can forget (daily stress, being overweight, tomorrows duties, etc.) while I am in tune with the music.
